Annual General Meeting 2025

DULWICH RUNNERS A.C. ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Wednesday 30 April 2025, 8.45pm - 9.45pm

All members of Dulwich Runners AC are invited to attend our Annual General Meeting (AGM). It will be held in ‘The Nursery’, downstairs at the Edward Alleyn Club, 83-85 Burbage Road, London, SE24 9HD after the club run, 8.45-9.45pm on Wednesday 30 April.

Items for the agenda should be sent to the Club Secretary, Catherine Buglass (secretary@dulwichrunners.org.uk), by Wednesday 16 April 2025.

Minor items of Any Other Business will be accepted on the day at the discretion of the Chair depending upon the time available.

At the AGM, Committee positions for the coming year will be voted upon. All Committee posts are up for election. Further details of the committee roles and responsibilities and known vacancies can be seen here.

The meeting will start promptly at 8.45pm, so do please arrive in good time after your run to grab a seat and sandwich, which will be provided.
